Mr. Fan Shizhou, born in May 1944 is a CPC member. He has an education background of junior college level and is a senior economist. Now Mr. Fan is chairman of the board as well as general manager of Fulida (Zhejiang) Silk Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. Mr. Fan Shizhou has been awarded as "Wuyi" Labour Medal, National Model Worker, National Excellent Manager, Excellent Enterpeneur of National Textile Industry, Zhejiang Outstanding Manager and Zhejiang Excellent Enterprineur successively. In addition, Mr. Fan enjoys governmental special allowance awarded by State Department. He is also elected as representative of Chinese communist Party Zhejiang 8th congress and the representative of the 9th National Congress.
